ABOUT ME

Data Management & Stewardship Officer

Hello, and welcome to my online portfolio.

I am currently Data Management and Stewardship Officer at the Atlantic Technological University, an academic library in the West of Ireland. I am based in the Galway City campus, Dublin Road.

My goal is to promote and support the transition to a FAIR an open research landscape, to ensure that data is properly managed, preserved and shared so it can be reused, verified and built upon. I do this by helping researchers manage their research data management practices.

I currently have a role independent of the library but being a librarian is still very much part of me.
